What is temporary work?
It is work performed through a temporary employment agency. An employee employed in an employment agency is assigned to perform tasks in another company. The maximum duration of a contract with an employment agency may not exceed 18 months.

A temporary worker is an employee employed by a temporary employment agency on the basis of an employment contract. The temporary employment agency takes care of the employee’s interests.
Is a temporary employee entitled to leave?
Yes of course. A temporary worker has all the rights to annual, special and on demand leave (depending on the length of service).
Does the temporary worker have health insurance?
Yes, a temporary employee has all the rights to free medical treatment in Poland.
